These terms govern your use of Thryvesuite, a product of ThryveOne ("ThryveOne", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Thryvesuite is a subscription back-office tool for photographers and creative businesses — CRM, bookings, contracts, invoicing, client galleries, and email automation. Every account starts with a free trial; after it ends, continued use requires an active paid plan.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account, including staff you invite. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
You own the content you upload — photos, contracts, client details. You're solely responsible for having the right to collect and process your clients' information, and for complying with the laws that apply to your own business.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe or Paystack, depending on your billing currency. Prices are shown before you subscribe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account — cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current billing period.
Don't use Thryvesuite to send spam, store unlawful content, attempt to breach the platform's security, or resell access without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
We aim to keep Thryvesuite reliably available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that could affect you.
Thryvesuite is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ThryveOne isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
