Privacy Policy

Thryvesuite is a product of ThryveOne ("ThryveOne", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Thryvesuite — as a studio owner running your business on it, or as a client of one of our studios — and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email, studio name, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) when you register.
• Business data you enter — client/lead details, contracts, invoices, quotes, and photos you upload for your own clients.
• Client-facing data — if you're a client of a studio using Thryvesuite, the contact details, questionnaire answers, and photo selections that studio collects from you directly.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe or Paystack (depending on your billing currency); we never see or store your full card number. Client-facing invoice payments a studio's own Stripe/Paystack account processes work the same way.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to keep the service running.

How we use it

To operate the service you signed up for: running your dashboard, sending the emails you configure (invoices, contracts, delivery notices), processing subscription billing, and keeping the platform secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your clients' data for anything beyond delivering the features you use.

Who we share it with

Only the processors necessary to run the service: Stripe and Paystack for payments, our email delivery provider for sending the emails you trigger, and cloud infrastructure providers who host the app and your files. Each is bound to only use your data to provide their service to us.

Your data, your studio

If you run a studio on Thryvesuite, you are the data controller for your own clients' information — we're the processor. You're responsible for having your own clients' consent to collect and store their details, same as with any other business tool.

Data retention & deletion

Your data stays as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your studio's data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records (e.g. payment history) for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us directly.
